DIL-CAUST CAUSTIC RECOVERY SYSTEM

The environmentally friendly Caustic Recovery system, which is the output of the Mercerizing processes, is sent to the Biological Treatment Plant of the Weak Caustic and Neutralized with Sulfuric acid, and then disposed of in nature, eliminating the process of polluting the nature. Caustic Concentration is increased by evaporating water at low temperature under Vacuum with Stepped Evaporators and the resulting Strong Caustic is used repeatedly in Mercerizing processes. In addition to increasing your competitiveness by reducing mercerized process costs, it also makes a positive contribution to the Ecological System by protecting the environment. It is produced as Safety Standard IV according to EN 13445 Standard. Austenitic EN 10204 3.1 Certified, conforming to EN 10028-7 Material Norm It is made of 1.4301 and 1.4404 stainless steels. Design pressure: 2.3 bar g. Design temperature: 135 °C The system capacity, which produces the maximum benefit with minimum investment, is designed according to the needs.
