The detwister, which works synchronously with the turntable, enables the rope form to be opened. In the detwister, the fabric whose rope is opened is cut by means of a photocell and turned into an open width. It is possible to adjust the tube size between 30 and 80 cm according to the fabric type. Tube cutting can be done manually or automatically. 2- Open width tightening: The fabric cut from the tube cutting unit is opened and centered by means of opening rollers. centering process will be performed automatically according to all fabric widths. The fabric coming out of this unit passes through the opening rollers and enters the foulard tray. At the exit of the boat, the fabric is washed with 20 nozzles on the back and front, and enzyme cleaning is done. After passing through the painful rollers again, the scarf is squeezed homogeneously in the squeezing rollers, and the process is completed by stacking. The machine is produced in two different versions with 2 or 4 squeezing cylinders.
