FABRIC DRYING AND HEAT SETTING MACHINE
Diltex Stenter Machine, thanks to its functional and ergonomic design, is a machine that can dry and fix in the most economical way at the latest point of technology. Thanks to the MULTI-AIR multi-air distribution system, serious flexibility is provided in all processes applied in the stenter machine.
With the control of the air sent from the top and bottom in all applied fabrics, it is possible to both hit the fabric in the most effective way and to do this at the most cost-effective way by means of inverters attached to each fan. The machine has the option of horizontal chains with long-lasting lubrication and vertical chains without lubrication and maintenance-free, and special equipment used in different processes for both knitted and woven fabrics can be added to the machine. In both chain systems, right and left chains are driven by separate reducers and inverters, and the speed differences are controlled electronically.
With the first class electrical and electronic equipment produced with the latest technology, electricity consumption is minimized even during downtime and the quality of the finished fabric is maximized. In addition, the machine has different combination inlet and outlet systems and alternative processes for knitted and woven fabrics, technical textiles and coating systems.
