As a newly developed system in Turkey, the air jet fabric dyeing machine is completely different from the current hydraulic dyeing systems. Synchronous Dyeing Machine is extremely suitable for synthetic and blended fabrics such as polyester, polyamide, lyocell, cupro, polynosic, microfibre, tencel, linen and all synthetic fabrics and their blends with cotton or viscose. The biggest advantage of the system is the possibility of dyeing in a very short time without abrasion and breakage.

The advantages of the aerodynamic system can be listed as follows; Fabric transport by means of a mixture of air and steam. Fabric circulation can be performed even without a liquid bath. The dyeing process is carried out in a gaseous environment where dyestuffs, chemicals and auxiliaries are injected directly. The liquid is sent to the fabric surface in the form of a spray perfectly and uniformly. The time required for the absorption of the liquid and the penetration of the dyestuff into the material is kept at the optimum level. The fabric is in constant motion at all steps from loading to unloading, including water filling and blowdown. The discharge water is clean and contains small amounts of waste material.
